Keeping Our Customers Informed
Caravan works hard to keep our customers well informed on the progress of their project. Keeping a close eye on the details. Notifying you of export packaging requirements to your final destination. Updating you on incoming items shipped to Caravan from your vendors. Once the packaging of your project is complete we will send you a "Completion Notification". This notice may include a request for any additional information we will need to complete your order. This notice will also include an Excel® file attachment "CARAVANWTS_DIMS.xls" with detailed information about your project. After your project leaves our facility you will receive a "Departure Notification" that will include a signed copy of your Bill of Lading.

assigned to each package. There is also a description of
each package, its contents, dimensions, and gross weight.

order is finished and ready for pickup.
